“SCM has been my home for over 5 years and it has been like living peacefully in the countryside, even though it is “in town” and close enough to all that’s happening in the great city of Concord, with easy access from Exit 2 off I89.
SCM offers apartment and condo/townhouse living style options, all stretched across a large, beautifully landscaped and well kept property that is great for a walk to get some fresh air. SCM management communicates regularly and effectively with residents around any events regarding routine maintenance or new projects that residents need to be aware of. On the rare occasion that I’ve had to call maintenance for an issue, turnaround time was quick and efficient, even on weekends or after hours at 1am in the morning. Roadways and sidewalks are well kept from ice and snow during the winter, and snow clearing procedures are well communicated to residents and kept to.
Recreational facilities are also available on the property including a Gym, an Indoor Pool and a Tennis Court, and the property is almost walking distance from Memorial Sports Field with many more sport facilities available. As a bonus, aside from comfortable living, great scenery and convenient carport spots (with storage), SCM just so happens to have a wonderful view of the 4th July fireworks that is usually being hosted from the Memorial field right across the road, so pull up a chair on the lawn and enjoy the show!”
